Postgraduate teaching is provided predominantly centrally. Undergraduate teaching at Oxford consists of lectures, small-group tutorials at the colleges and halls, seminars, laboratory work and occasionally further tutorials provided by the central university faculties and departments. It does not have a main campus, and its buildings and facilities are scattered throughout the city centre. All the colleges are self-governing institutions within the university, each controlling its own membership and with its own internal structure and activities. The university is made up of thirty-nine semi-autonomous constituent colleges, six permanent private halls, and a range of academic departments which are organised into four divisions. Oxford is ranked among the most prestigious universities in the world. The two English ancient universities share many common features and are jointly referred to as Oxbridge. After disputes between students and Oxford townsfolk in 1209, some academics fled north-east to Cambridge where they established what became the University of Cambridge. It grew rapidly from 1167 when Henry II banned English students from attending the University of Paris. There is evidence of teaching as early as 1096, making it the oldest university in the English-speaking world and the world's second-oldest university in continuous operation. The University of Oxford is a collegiate research university in Oxford, England.

I had to do a hard power off and start it back up again, I don't think that update actually occurred. Update: I forgot to add that when I did try and do a BIOS update, during the restart I left it go for well over a half hour and it was still sitting on the restart screen.

I am currently running the dell diagnostics and so far it has passed them all and is detecting no hardware issues. Neither seem to have helped as the problem is still occurring. That did not work, I also made sure to update all the drivers. I have tried uninstalling all the dell programs as I saw in a previous forum. Every 15-30 seconds there will be a buzz, kind of like a stutter in the sound, then it goes back to playing normally, just to do it again. I just bought my girlfriend a new Dell inspiron and everything is working great on it, except when she is watching videos on it.
